I hear you 🙋🏼♀️ I hate that I crave novelty. I personally swing between thinking I’m undiagnosed something or just an idiot. I have other swings but those two stick most. Herding the horses in my head is a daily challenge. I’m cheering you on 👏🏻
I smiled through this entire post, Tiffany! As a textbook "sprinter", I have such understanding and compassion for your eagerness to reach finality, but I also relate to, and envy a bit, the excitement and anticipation you must have on the road to concluding your task. Like Diane said, "deep breaths" 😊
Bob, a fellow sprinter! Nice to know I’m not alone in the struggle. You’ve finished and published a manuscript, so clearly you’ve ran that marathon. I’m proud of every single person who accomplishes that. It’s no small feat!
I will listen to Diane, take deep breaths and get there one step at a time, (by the grace of God).
Diane, love this. Such wise words here. Yes, at the age of 52, you would think I had learned the art of the long distance stretch…not so. Thank you for the reminder to breath deeply of the Spirit and embrace walking. I needed it.

This made me giggle. Thanks for commiserating. It's good to have fellow horse herders in my midst.
Have fun with our pal this week!!
Praying and cheering you on the marathon of novel writing 🙏

Think of walking more than running. Life has many more long-distance walks than sprints. You can walk.
And Breath is another word for Spirit in scripture. So....Deep breath. Deep spirit. You can do this.

The last thing was just roots. Now for the good part.
❤️❤️❤️ Always my encourager.
